Stories have always lived within us. They are all around us, we inhabit them and they inhabit us, asking only one thing in return: our careful and curious gaze to the world.
“In punta di piedi” (On tiptoes) is an illustration and storytelling workshop, a full immersion between images and words. We will create a small series of interconnected artworks, to create a short illustrated story in fragments that will have your own personal voice.
We will focus on the possibilities of collage, surrounding the theme of memory. You will have access to antique images and different papers to cut out. You can also decide to add colours using gouache and wax crayons to your composition (all materials will be provided!).
KEYWORDS: experiment, discover, feel free to find your own voice.
No artistic training is necessary - I will guide you to shape your own creations. Your story is already within you, it’s just waiting for a little door to open up to the world. If you want, we'll find it together!

STUDIO GRENATA, a beautiful Parisian apartment where the magic happens! Karine welcomes artists and their workshops ( painting- drawing-illustration-photography-writing) in her parisian appartment, for an original and authentic creative experience.

The workshop lasts 3 hours. During this time, I'll guide you step-by-step through the creation of 2/3 illustrations. We'll use the collage technique, and I'll bring along photographs, colored paper, and paints that you can use for your final work. Together, we'll decide on a theme that's close to your heart and develop a truly personal "visual story."
The price of the workshop is 75 euros, all materials are provided!
